PROJECT DETAILS

The Port of Oakland is expanding its maintenance facilities serving Oakland International Airport. The new 57,000 s.f. facility promotes the Port's effort to consolidate various functions and operations on a single site and meet future growth demands.

Located at a 5.25 acre site on Earhart Road at the Northfield of the airport, the building is organized along a central circulation spine - inside spaces are left open for daylighting above.
