Continuing Education

We support your long-term growth as an architect. Continuing education is a priority; we even have a fund for each employee to spend on seminars and classes.

We learn from each other. There are weekly seminars for interns to review their progress and to fill in gaps of knowledge. Recent topics have included contracts, the building code, and the contents of a set of design drawings.

We also have frequent in-house computer sessions where we share the latest tricks with each other.
